about 4.5 monthes ago i got what i thought was a mosquito bite and rash right under the calf, it was small. that persisted for about a week or so maybe longer. i thought it strange, but i didn't know anything about lyme's then. i put bacitracin a few times on it after a week or two it went a away and i never thought of it. some time later - maybe a few weeks, i felt a nodul bet. my scrotum and leg. i was able to squeeze out some pus from it but it didn't seem like the whole thing was pus. then that went away and a little while later i felt a nodul right off my nipple, it went away. some time later; when i was in a stretch position with my legs unbending, my hands holding on to my legs right under the calf's, i noticed that theres this sharp pain in the bittin foot whenever my hand is holding it. its not that im just holding it. its specifically when my leg is stretched all or most of the way and my hand is holding onto that part in a slightly counter-clockwise twist. i hope you understand what im saying. it takes a second for the pain to come, and a few seconds for it to go away after i let go. it feels like the pain is coming from a blood vessel maybe. i just have this feeling like its a narrow long part thats hurting.

i noticed that my apetite has been going down a bit the last few weeks, and more tired and lethargic, maybe its due to my semi depressed state, i don't know.

then i read about president bush's run in with lyme's last year and in the article it mentioned the bulls-eye rash and somehow that just made my brain go *click*. i put all those pieces from that last few monthes together and i thought maybe i should go check it out. i was thinking anyway to go the dr. because of the pain in my leg when i hold in a stretch position.i did some reading online about lyme and read about the lymbh nodes etc. i don't remember having a bulls eye rash specifically but it had a dark middle to it that might have been a tick. i didn't look closely. those noduls that i had, which i realized were a few weeks or so after the rash, are in the lymph node area.

took a blood test, on the results paper it says its a borrelia burgdorferi antibody screening, and bet. a 0.00 - 0.90 index i got a 0.20, which the paper says is a negative. before he took the blood the doc said he didn't think it was lyme, but he said that he's seen ppl get it even with no symptons so he gave me a prescription for amoxicilan 500 mg, 3/day, and said that if i want i could take and that would definitly kill the bacteria if indeed it was.
