Hibiclens did not work for me, although it sounds promising. If it works for anyone--more power to them.

Bacitracin (neosporin) has had some effect though it doesn't clear my folliculitis entirely. I'm also using an aspirin scrub. My next try is coconut oil because of the lauric acid--I hear it's good stuff.
