First of all, I'm SO SORRY this happened to you. What a shame and shame on the person who was so careless!!
I'd start by using some antibiotic cream such as Neosporin or Bacitracin. That will help heal the area and reduce the risk of infection. If you do notice any swelling or other symptoms of infection, GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR. After your lesions have healed and you have no more scabbing, you'll need a heavy-duty concealor like DermaBlend. I would also think it's up to whomever did the waxing to pay for any treatment you need.
Hope you heal fast!
