Hi sickofeffexor
I guess I go into the "anyone else catagory" lol. My doctor is opposed to neosporin. When I was using it on an infection it made it worse. He recommended Bacitracin ointment. I have always used JUST alcohol on my pierced ears. If the infection is too bad you may have to resort to the oral antibiotic. I always start eating yogurt when I am put on antibiotics to put the good bacteria back into my body. When you take antibiotics it kills the good and bad bacteria. That is why you have diarrhea...the good antibiotics are killed. I always get yeast infections if I don't replenish the good bacteria.
My neice has had good results with the St. John's Wort...helped her depression and helped her to lose weight. I guess it differs with every person like the AD's. I don't have any personal experience with it. I am still stuggling with the Effexor. Thanks for the recommendation for the compazine. My doctor prescribed phenagran, luckily I haven't had to use it.
Good luck and best wishes,
Sam
