congrats! BUT, Please be sure you go to a great Dr for your reduction. I had a reduction in 2001. They removed 10lbs, and I had major complication, including necrosis, skin graphs, 2 reconstructive syrgeries and am still all messed up. The Dr that did my surgery was the head of the department, but she was so busy with so many patients that she always rushed through. When I got necrosis, for a whole month all she said was put bacitracin on it. I finally went to another Dr and started to heal, but am now disfigured.
