MIM - Interesting to see your note about myofascial pain - I've been back to the dentist several times and see an endodontist in a few weeks for dental pain that can't be pinpointed and the last dentist said it was myfascial.

BITS - my new MRI showed that I'm basically the same as july 06, but will probably need surgery on C5-C6 again at some point. Doc wants me to try a parkinson's drug, azilect, to see if it helps my gait.
