New hope with creatine? (Parkinson's Disease board)

17th June 2007
I am a 58 yo male. Last year I was found out I have PD. I take Mirapex 1mg 3 times a day. I started taking coQ10 400 mgs twice a day. I found that the coq10 in vit E oil works better for me than soy or rice or other mediums.

I also have high blood pressure, so I plan to ask my doctor to try isradipine. There is a possiblity that this drug could help protect the dopamine cells.

I am also considering trying azilect but am not sure about this yet.

I receive a treatment of accupuncture in my ears that helps with the stiffness in my neck. They use little gold pins that stay in your ears. You might look like an old hippy. But it works for me, has allowed me to move my head in a full range of motion.

Any comments or suggestions about any of these is welcome
