I personally love Imitrex, but I don't have any conditions.
What I would really do is call your pharmacy and ask how Imitrex is similar to Verapamil. If you're really concerned, maybe you can talk to your doctor about putting you on another migraine medicine, but with a lower dosage. Imitrex is high, which I take, but it makes me sick, so my doctor put me on Axert. They all pretty much have the same ingredients, but my guess is that the lower the dosage, the less likely you'll be to have any real problems? I'm not a doctor, after all! This is just my thought.
