Alex. Are you diagnosed with MS, yet? Theres no way any one of us can answer that question without having alot more information. For instance if you are taking any of the MS MEDs, Avonex, Copaxone, Rebif or Betaseron or TYsabri, then you have relapsing/remitting MS, which is the most common form. However, if your doctor has not spoken to you about those drugs, or offered them to you, then possibly not. THe only way to know for sure is to talk to your doctor. The different types of MS are determined by your symtoms, relapses and remissions and progression. The MS society can break this down further for you; however your doctor is your best resource.
