Ive tried altering my diet w/ limited success. No, I havent tried spiro as yet, I have been thinking of it, but am a bit afraid of the side effects. Also, I dont know of any Derm in the NY area who will prescribe it. I have also thought of Avodart but dont know of a Derm who will prescribe that either.
