I had surgery for my deviated septum and to open my right maxiallry sinus 9 months ago. But I just got a horrible sinus infection and am on Avelox. My ENT acts like it's no big deal. He also said i have just the same chance as anyone to get an infection in my left maxiallry since he never touched that side....well why didnt he?! I'm sure he just wanted to squeeze more money out of me. He said I might have to get the left side done now.

Would it be wise to see someone else? I remmeber my health professor told about some ENT who was great b/c he has moved into his own office and doesnt follow the same standard of care that you see in those offices with like 20 ENTs.
