First off, ditch the steroids. They have a lot of nasty side effects.
Secondly, which antibiotic were you given for the sinus infection? If it was Avelox, Levaquin or Cipro, that is the source of the weakness in the left arm. It is from nerve and tendon inflammation. These antibiotics are in a class of drugs called floroquinolones, and they have horrifying side-effects; ruptured tendons, neuropathy, vasculitis, permanent nerve damage, central nervous system issues, Stevens Johnson Syndrome, etc. There is no cure or treatment for an adverse reaction to the drug -I know, I have nerve damage in my feet and elbows from Avelox, and it has been going on for 6 months after taking the drug.
Meniere's Disease is primarily characterized by dramatic hearing loss or disruption, and bouts of extreme vertigo. I know a guy who has it. If you are just a little dizzy, and you have no hearing loss, it is NOT Meniere's Disease.
Sinus inflammation causes lightheadedness/dizziness, especially if it is in the Ethmoid Sinuses next to your eyes. Try Chlor-Tremiton and irrigation -this should clear most of the head symptoms.
