Hi Everyone,
Tink & Lucky, thank you for the encouragements to not give into defeat and despairity. I can't afford to give up hope. I do test my blood sugar up to 4x a day with a meter, and I am on 4mg of Avandia for diabetes. I am so sick of being a human pin cushion; poking my finger tips and drawing blood can get pretty painful after a while. However, I do noticed that chlorella and spirulina has somehow helped control my blood sugar a great dial. The more I read a/b its benifits, the more I am conviced that its really helping to control my diabetes. So sooner or later my BB has to improve by its antioxidation ability. The literature does say that diabetes is somehow related to BB, but I just don't know how to figure it out; no body does for that matter. I eat really healthy sinced being diagnosed w diabetes. In fact, I lost nearly 6 pounds and my waist shrunk couple of inches. Not that I needed to b/c I am a body builder; and hit the gym 5x a week. Luckyhope, did your BB gradually decreased within the two weeks, or all of a suddent after two weeks it was almost none detectable? B/c I've been suffering from BB all my life, I just want to experience how it feels to have a normal life, interactions w others, and freedom to even exhale a deep sight. God, I not demanding for the riches of the world, just to have an ordinary life........ Sorry for my moment of naval gazzing/pity party. It hasn't been oven two weeks yet, right? Maybe for me three weeks, or 3 and half. But we will beat this thing, right ladies? Talk to you again. Bye.
