Hey
It always amazes me when I hear people talk about Spiro and achieving results in such low doses. For me I was on 150 - 200mg for nearly 6 years and it NEVER got me 100% clear. I always took it with either BC, Avandia, or my current customized Gluten-Free/Low Grain diet and the best results was when I took it on my diet (for hair growth prevention).
I've always had regular periods, so when I took it with BC, that didn't alter things. When i stopped BC and started the Avandia that didn't alter things either (body slowly reset it's natural pattern). When I stopped the other med and just took it with my dietary changes, I still didn't experience problems! I will say that the only time I had problems with my cycle was when I was lacking fiber (from the diet change). I was experiencing IBS symptoms and my periods were coming every 2 weeks for nearly 3 months. I had a suspicion and once my doctors ruled everything else out (parasites, candida, intolerance), I took a fiber supplement, the problems stopped within a few days, and everything has been perfect since =)
Karl,
My guess is that they both will balance each other out. However, if you are really concerned, why don't you read up on Apple Cider Vinegar, Apples, and Malic Acid (alternative to GCG) for they've been known to help dissolve stones as well.
Best of luck!
