Tremors and Shaky most of the day (Fibromyalgia board)

7th December 2003
Both of our daughters have trouble with the insulin in their systems. One is diabetic and the other Insulin Resistant. The treatment for both is a low carb 3 meals two snacks a day diet and a prescription medication, Avandamet. This is something that definately should be checked out. It does cause the body to do all kinds of strange things (shakes, dizziness, etc.) It has been said in articles that 75% of those diagnosed with FMS have trouble with insulin balance (either high or low). For one daughter this has helped tremedously for her hyperstate (talking a mile a minute, not being able to sit still). It has not done anything for the tremors in either daughter.
