I am gaining weight with my current med...lisinopril that lowers my heart rate. Let me show you the difference. I was on Avalide and it caused my heart to race...sitting pulse was between 113-125. I was extremely tired but lost 5 lbs in 2 days!

When I got on lisinopril - sitting pulse now at 60-90 range, I gained back the 5 and added 2 to that. I'm holding steady with that weight but it goes to show you that pulse rate does effect your weight....thus does your meds.
