Try Atrovent nasal spray. My ENT prescribed it. It helps with the PND, however it dries my sinuses up to the point that I get a sinus infection. I am prone to sinus infections, so maybe you wouldn't have that problem.

right now I'm on 3 different nasal sprays. I just found out I have asthma,I think it causes mucus too. |
