I usually take 4 puffs ventolin and 2 puffs Atrovent before exercise - also I use a spacer with the MDI's since using a spacer you get more of the medication - I noticed a big difference in my EIA since I added Atrovent and started using a spacer, I know using a spacer isn't possible if you are on Bricanyl. I've used Ventolin alone, Tilade and also Serevent alone for EIA - so yeah, sometimes it takes time to find the right meds which will be helpful.
