I don't know if you are on any AD with the Triliptel but you may want to call your Pdoc and inform him/her of this depression. I go through the same thing a lot and have been on most of the meds. I have been on a 3 1/2 week depression and Thurs was the first day I haven't felt suicidal. It was so bad, I have written a letter to my kids and got all my life ins in order. And I know it will happen again. I am a rapids cycler, have mixed states, and I hate this disorder. My family just blames anything rash I might do on my meds. They don't understand. My brother does as he is bipolar also. I am on Triliptel, Wellbutrin, Effexor, Restoril and Ativan. I come here and read the posts a lot and I have started to go to a DBSA support group. Maybe there is one where you live. We're here for you. Come and rant. We all do it.
