She is on shots, we have the house controlled pretty well for dust mites, we keep the windows closed (use a pollen screen for fresh air) and she showers every night before bed to wash out the pollen (this makes a huge difference). All she takes is Nasonex.

I am currently taking Nasonex and Astelin because the membranes in my nose will not stop swelling. It has been like this for 2 weeks and will not go away. I have not noticed any improvement in PND
