Anxity is a common occurence when you're suffering from vertigo.
I would reccomend that you post on the niier ear board, as the folks there are great at ansewring your questions. One thing you may want to try is ask your Doctor about Astelin (spelling) spray. It works fast, just do not swallow it, as the taste is nasty!
