{ - removed - } - believe me when I say Mucinex was not meant for PND, it was meant for loosening mucus in the lungs. Nonetheless, you don't need a doctorate in pharmacology to realize that the ingredient in Mucinex can't possibly be specific to the lungs. But because it's not indicated for PND in the PDR, a doctor can't memorize it, and you'd be lucky to find one that makes that simple logical step.

As an alternative might I suggest getting samples of Astelin - this also works very quickly and also handles non-allegen based rhinitis.

Either solution is a win-win provided your PND isn't the byproduct of a more serious problem.
