Is spinal arthritis the same as facet joint syndrome? Do you still have to have fusion surgery in order to be pain free? I can't be on Arthrotec forever, I think. Anyone have any words of wisdom. I'm tired of being in pain for the last 10years. I'm only 32.

If the Arthrotec helps you, why could you not be on it forever? I was on it for about 7 years and it helped a lot. Hope to be able to go back on it after my fusion gets solid.
