I mention using the LT4 and Armour ... recent thread - you need to take it slow with the Armour so your body can adjust to having the other stuff ... in the Armour besides T4. Truthfully though, the thyroid is in ... selenium, so you'll get a certain quantity of that in the Armour too, but no taking selenium won't get you the same ... thing as taking the Armour will.
