Male hormone balance for Testosterone:Estradiol is about 30:1
I am male & have to take testosterone to get it up to the 600s and arimidex to reduce the Estradiol E2 below 30.
Before the treatment I was about Testostereone 180 and Estradiol E2 at 82 for a T:E2 ratio of 2:1. I was in very bad shape mentally & physically.
The female hormone ratio is probably about the reverse of a male. Please let us know more with your ratio of E2:T for females.

Most doctors had a 2 or 3 hour lecture on hormones in med school so they know very little about hormones. Once in a while you can find one that had hormone problems & educated himself on the subject.
