My mum has rheumatoid arthritis and suffers greatly as i am sure all of u do.
I come here asking for advice as i am a little worried about her.
Mum was on methotrexate and that didnt really work for her. She has been on ARAVA for a few months now and she feels slightly better. As of 2 weeks ago she stopped taking the celebrex to see how she goes without it.
Mum is really worried about what this medication will do for her in the long term.
For the last month she has broken out in an acne type rash on her face, it looks awful, do any of u have this or know if it could b from the medication ?

I was also wondering what else u all do for yourselves to improve your quality of life ?
What diets do u follow? what supplements u take?
Is there anything else mum should b doing?
And what medication seems to b the best ? or is this all an individual thing as with most illnesses?
any help would b very much appreciated !
