I'm 38 and started at age 15 on Ortho the peach pack which they don't make anymore. Then I went to some brand in a blue hard pack which they stopped making too. Then I went to Apri, Desogen back to Apri then Aleese back to Desogen. I changed each time when I started getting cramps or mood swings with hot flashes.

I had migraines for years on the others. With the Ocvon and Loestrin I am nice, not one migrain but have gained lots of weight.
Switched to Ovcon 35 gained 5 lbs and now am on Loestrin FE 24.

Every year my body changed. Which is why I had to change my pills so much. My friend is on the same pill that I'm on and she lost weight while I ganed 22 pounds. It's a matter of trial and error.
