Ortho Tricyclen (Regular & Lo) made me break out horribly... huge red cysts on my jawline. It works good for some people, not not for others. Sounds like your body is not reacting well to it. Just a suggestion, but you should try switching to Apri BCP (Desogen generic). This stuff is great... no weight gain, mood swings or initial breakout. I think the Spiro/Apri combo is whats working so great (I have been on Apri for a month as well).
