I been taking Clomipramine (Anafranil) for 3 weeks now. 2 weeks at 50mg and the last week at 100mg. I still am yet to feel any positive effects. I feel tired and fatigued all the time.
I have over the past 8 months tried Prozac & Citalopram and felt nothing with them either.
My first question is had anyone else felt no postive effects from any SSRI's and secondly with Clomipramine how long in weeks did it take to feel it working?
