I've been through several med changes as well... Sometimes they're pretty easy and other times, not so easy. MAKE sure your doc "weans" you off the Wellbutrin the RIGHT way. I mean, I'd search online... There's got to be info about how to wean off of it. Bring it up to your doc. The withdrawal is the hardest... Some meds create that; others don't.
When I went off Anafranil, I had a HUGE withdrawal period. Didn't sleep... Shaky... Nauseous... Could have been because I didn't wean off properly...
That's my advice. Stay positive as much as possible, too. Give the new meds time to work... Sometimes 4 - 6 weeks.
Hang in there and let us know how you're doing, k? ((((((Hugs))))))
