I don't know how you're doing it either! Quitting cold turkey? Did it once... ONCE. Never again. I had the same experience as elmosgirl... Even tapering off meds is hard for me. I had major withdrawl symptoms while weaning off Klonopin and Anafranil, to name a few. Hang in there. I hope you're feeling better soon! :) HUGS!
