Hey ive been on many meds you have been on too for a long long while.

Effexor Retard 150mg New.
Zyprexa 2.5mg Stopped.
Valium-Xanax 1mg Tryong to stop.
lamictal for over 1 year. Stopped.
Anafranil. Stopped.

I think they are very effective medications for me. Im also on lithium.
About lamictal i just quit using it and im always on the low mood lately. I dont know if it might be becasue of quiting the medication.
