Well, I'm 22 years old and have had acne since probably 18, but only severe acne since about 20. I have used Benzaclin, Benzamycin, Tetracycline, Minocyclin, Retin-A, Cleocin-T, Differin, Amoxil, among others. Some worked better than others. (I think Benzamycin was the best). Benzaclin ruined my face a year ago and then I went on Accutane. I cleared up significantly on it, but acne never ceased.

Now, all I have are huge cysts that take weeks to go down and even more weeks for the marks they leave behind to go away. This is my new regime that has just started today...

Oral: SMC/TMP (Sulfamethoxazole)
Topical: AM - Triaz (3%BP/Zinc)
- Skinoren (20% Azelaic Acid)
PM - Klaron (10% Sodium Salfacetamide)
Cleanser: Purpose Foaming Moisturizer (Tube)
Shampoo: Head and Shoulders Dandruff (Zinc)
Moisture AM - Cetaphil Lotion
PM - Purpose 2 in 1 with SPF 15

We'll see how things go...I'll keep you updated.
