You still need to see a dr. but I would bet you have hives. Amoxicillin does the same thing to me- I can't take it. Also, stress can give you hives so think back to the last time this happened- was there anything going on that was putting you under additional stress?

So, in any case go to/ call the doc and see what they think. But I wouldn't worry, especially if it's not itchy or painful.
