Hi Brian! About a month ago, I noticed a lump in the base of my head, but assumed it would just go away on it's own. It eventually got very sore, and never changed in size. It ended up being a lymph node also, that had become inflamed for some reason. It went away with the simple treament of Amoxicillin. So maybe you just need a weeks worth of antibiotics to clear up whatever infection may have caused your lymph nodes to act up. Hope it helps! :)
