Latest – I've been taking amiodarone (a sort of chemical defibrillator) for the last few nights, and my symptoms are not quite but almost gone. This suggests two possibilities: (1) I have a heart problem, which manifests as atrial fibrillation; (2) whatever muscles are fluttering if it ISN’T the heart (muscles being pretty much the only things that CAN flutter) are also controlled by the drug.

I hope it's the latter... as such a condition appears to be unknown in medicine, I feel that maybe the drug’s ability to control it may be unknown too.

Perhaps my many years of alcohol abuse are finally catching up with me.
