I take Nortiptlyn 50, and I'm very satisfied. It does help with sleep and I take it with milk before bed so I won't get a tummy ache. I've taken a higher value, but that seems to make me a bit spacey during the day...not sure if there is a connection. I just think the 50 is a good fit. I take Amerge as my "bailout" pill and it works brilliantly.
