I have to take a PPI for my severe GERD and have tried all of them. I am now on Prilosec and while it helps the reflux, it also causes severe headaches. I normally take 20 mg each morning, but I wondered about taking it at night instead. I also take Ambien 10 mg to sleep.

Has anyone tried taking it at night and if so, does it still have the effectiveness throughout the day - without headaches??? Thx!!
