The funny thing is: I am on sleep aids.. 15 mg of Ambien and I'm still awake 3 hours later! I don't know where to go from here on out.
I didn't get a flu shot this year, because honestly, I've never had the flu and don't see the reason of getting a shot when someone else could use it. I get sick really easily though, but it never seems really serious. I've only been hospitalized once due to anxiety and my temp never reaches above 100.
It's like a cycle, I have anxiety about being sick, and going on vacation, then I have anxiety about going to the doctor's too much and having them think I'm a crazy lady that thinks she has to go to the dr at the sign of any sniffle.
But like I said, I went to the dr's 3 weeks ago, was diagnosed with 'one of the worst' sinus infections my dr had ever seen, then I went back to my other doctor (I see both of them, they're in the same facility) and she looked in my ear and my throat and both were red and swollen. I also had some wheezing in my lung and a low grade temp. I went back on Friday, like I said, and she said that my ear, lungs and throat looked fine, but my glands were still swollen. I think my glands are more swollen now than they were before because they're about the size of bouncy balls and they feel very much like bouncy balls and painful.
