I am a 30 year old male and have been having a medium green colored not really round shapped stool for a good while now. Sometimes it is diarrea and sometimes even very thin shapped bm. I am currently taking Altace 10mg for high blood pressure. I have no pain, no blood in my stool, and I go once a day. I am conncerend this could be a symptom of colon cancer.
