Zoloft is I believe an American brand of sertraline, an SSRI. These drugs make my anxiety condition a hundred times worse, not better at all; simply put, you can feel better within twenty moinutes of going back onto diazepam or alprazolam. Another good tip is that bromazepam is the fastest-acting anti-anxiety drug, so I always have some around just in case of sudden panic attack - but, sorry, things like sertraline and citalopram just make me so ill I can't describe the horrors of the intensity of the anxiety 24/7 or the frequency of 'I am dying' panic attack.
