I had just went through withdrawals. I was on Xanax (Alprazolam) for 7 weeks. It was awful. I felt like I wanted to jump out of my skin. I did take Advil for some of the pains and aches and Benadryl to help with sleep. I did a lot of reading and walking. I tried to concentrate on the most minute details of things outside of my home to try to get my mind off what my body was going through. It does get better. Hang in there.
