I think there is an over the counter Sudafed that is the non-drowsy kind. Also, if you are going to get over the counter medicine, Claritin I don't think makes you drowsy.
I take Allegra-D and it doesn't make me tired. My ex was also put on this one by his doctor because of the fact that he had bad allergies and was a pilot so they specifically had to put him on one that was non-drowsy.
