I too am sensitive to meds and can't take the small allegra even twice a day, have to only take it once a day or I get splitting headache. My pharmacy told me I could cut it in half and take half in am and half in pm,,,,, oh my! I ended up with a heart rate of 103 and severe fatigue all day,,,, threw away the other half and will never try THAT again!!! And even the pharmacy says you can't cut allegra-d in half.
