Things to avoid:
Onions, garlic, peppers, tomato products, spices, mustard, peppermint, chocolate, citrus, coffee, tea, soda, caffine, alcohol, advil, motrin, aleve. As your symptoms get under control you can gradually add back some of these items to see what your personal triggers are.

I would add applesauce and oatmeal to the previous posting of "safe" foods.
