Hi. I was on otc when I first started taking bcp's my face was great on it but i switched be/c of mood swings. I never had bad acne before so I never took bcp's for it so I didn't realize that I was going to be in some crap by switching. I get cyst ance I would just get like one big cyst. Anyway so I had to switch to a couple of bcp's and then when I switched to alesse that's when my face went nuts!!! Went to the derm and found out that I have hormonal acne. So I heard alot of good things about yasmin so I switched to that and it didn't work so I just went back to the otc. I am on my second pack of the otc and I can already see a major difference in my skin. Otc is the best for my skin. But everyones skin is different. You should get the book The Hormonally Vunlerable Woman by Goeffrey Redmond. I recommend this book to everyone. It's a great book and it talks about bcp's too.
