With Diane-35, start taking it on the first day of your period.

I can't remember if I had a break-out when I first started taking Diane. Ha ha ... all I remember is the acne I already had! But, the results were really good. Kept me clear for years. My derm recommended Diane. It wasn't until my regular MD switched me to Alesse that I had a major break-out! Now back on Diane and skin is almost 100% clear again.

Give it time and you'll see a difference! :)
