It may be genital warts but the warts look fleshy and appear to look like a bunch of cauliflower, whitish bumps. And if you were ever with a female partner who had HPV then chances are they are genital warts. But the HPV virus usually clears on its own and in many females who have it within two years the virus is undectectable on a Pap Smear.
