I'm so sorry you are dealing with dysplasia after your hysterectomy.

I think I may have read of 5fu(?) being used in the vagina. I think it is like a chemotherapy cream? I have heard of aldara being used on the vulva for vulval dysplasia or VIN.

I think a second opinion sure can't hurt anything.
