i have been using brand name aldactone pills for the past year or so to control my acne, they have always been sort of oval shaped orange/pink pills...i refilled my prescription and got a bunch of white round pills and the bottle said spironolactone....im assuming ive been given the generic brand or something and i just want to know if its any different then the real stuff because ive had really bad experiences with generic drugs in the past as far as my acne goes....can anyone help?
